Although not as much as the last arctic cold wave, a strong chill is coming down from the north again.
Because of this, as you can see now, there is another cold wave warning in the central and northern regions including Seoul. In these regions, the current temperature has dropped to -10 degrees Celsius, and Seoul is now -4.7 degrees Celsius. The temperature is already down to 10 degrees below zero.
Even today, the temperature does not rise and I will stay below freezing all day, and tomorrow, the holiday, will be colder as the temperature is lower than today.
On the other hand, heavy snowfall is expected in the central region again from a holiday night in this strong cold. In particular, a lot of snow of up to 15cm or more will fall and pile up in the central region. Congestion is a concern. We need to prepare in advance.
