On the evening of January 13, the third press conference of the rescue headquarters of the Hushan Gold Mine explosion accident site in Qixia, Shandong Province was held. At the press conference, Li Bo, the deputy mayor of Yantai City, stated that the relevant persons responsible for the accident have been controlled and will Strictly investigate and prosecute and hold accountability in accordance with laws and regulations
Li Bo said that he will never conceal or condone the late reporting behavior of relevant companies.
According to regulations, companies should complete the reporting procedure within one hour after the accident. Late reporting is illegal and absolutely intolerable.
It is reported that while carrying out rescue operations, Shandong has established an accident investigation work group led by the Provincial Emergency Department to conduct accident investigation simultaneously.
The investigation results will be announced to the public in time.
At 14:00 on January 10, an explosion occurred in the Hushan Gold Mine of Shandong Wucailong Investment Co., Ltd., Qixia City, Yantai City, Shandong Province, causing 22 underground workers to be trapped and lost contact.
