The 15-meter calligraphy of "Don't forget the Martyrs and Dream of China" marks the opening of the creative exhibition commemorating the Revolution of 1911.

  Indonesian Chinese calligrapher and calligrapher Ruan Yuanchun, Chairman Yang Jingjiang of the China International Women Calligraphers Association of Taiwan, China, and Wu Yongxiong, Vice Chairman of the National Public Security System Calligraphers Association, participated in the video online activities in Jakarta, Taipei and Haikou.

  Yang Jingjiang said that calligraphers and painters on both sides of the strait and even Chinese compatriots around the world have inherited a cultural root of five thousand years of Chinese civilization.   A few days ago, Ou Haonian, a master of the Lingnan School of Painting and a great painter on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, wrote an inscription for the event: "The yellow flowers are not to be thanked, but the algae are abundant."

  The exhibition is co-sponsored by Guangzhou Huanghuagang Park and Chinese Culture and Art Research Center, with Guangzhou Veterans Affairs Bureau as the guiding unit.

After the launching ceremony of the creation, an invitation to participate in creation will be sent to well-known Chinese calligraphers and painters from the five continents of the world.

  According to reports, Guangzhou Huanghuagang Park, as a national patriotic education demonstration base, is also a memorial site for the Revolution of 1911. This exhibition is an important part of a series of activities in the park to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the Revolution.

  The exhibition is held online and offline. The exhibited works will be publicly exhibited online on the eve of the Huanghuagang Uprising Memorial Day of the 1911 "March 29". The physical exhibition is planned to be unveiled at the Huanghua Cultural Center during the "Guangzhou Seventh Yellow Flower Cultural Festival" in November and December.
