Kagawa Prefecture and Takamatsu City announced on the 12th that it was confirmed that six men and women in their teens to 80s were newly infected with the new coronavirus.
Of these, women in their 20s and 50s in Takamatsu City are employees of the special nursing home for the elderly "Koonen" in Takamatsu City, where a cluster of infected people has been confirmed.
Infection was confirmed in 447 people in Kagawa prefecture.
