Recently, students majoring in Catering Management of Hunan Changsha Vocational College of Commerce and Tourism used their knowledge spontaneously to organize a theme class into a banquet.

The banquet hall is a professional training room of the school. The on-site decoration and cakes are all designed and made by the students themselves. The students also transformed into professional etiquette.

Cao Liu, a professional instructor of catering management practice at the school, said that this is a comprehensive display of the course learning results and believes that it will provide assistance for their future career development.
