Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 9th that it was confirmed that a total of 44 men and women from infants to 80s were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
It was the second highest ever after 56 people on the 8th.
This brings the total number of people confirmed to be infected in Nara Prefecture to 2,269.
