As a result of that, professionalism entered the big gate, welcoming and spoiled by the budgets and the available resources in order to serve him and ensure his success, as the administrations scrambled behind him to strengthen their tools, raise their capabilities to adapt to the new reality, and then get their share of the competition cake, hoping to compensate their expenses, and also hoping To please its fans.
Perhaps this has unleashed the teams in searching for possible elements and papers to strengthen their lines, and secure their deficiencies, through contracting and polarization, which has become and is still a haunting obsession, and a tale with mysterious chapters and corridors, whose heat contributed to igniting suspicion and suspicion, due to financial jumps and gummy deals, Whose revenues and technical outputs did not match the disbursement and overpayment that occurred over the past decades.
And because of that, the right to build, establish and take care of the club’s young people was digested, as most administrations neglected this aspect, after the first teams were singled out for their space for thinking and planning, and some of them were even lacking in reward, and the motivation and distinction of this group, which constituted a major pillar of the entity, abounded, just as they failed to control The balance between the two groups, as they endured effort and time between research and comparison, then negotiation and bargaining ... etc., to find then that the train had reached them at the end of the season station without tangible fruit, after which the wheel would spin again for another season, with the same scenario, and so on.
Therefore, the most important area in which the dedication of work and the concentration of efforts is supposed to have been dropped, and in it the exploration of raw materials and the development of talents that will lead the future of its clubs, then turn into soldiers to defend the slogan of her country in the forums, and it is the great goal of the professional system that some, unfortunately, are still in the first line In it, after years of application!
