According to Udo Di Fabio, constitutional law teacher and former federal constitutional judge, the current regulation of who gets a corona vaccination first is unconstitutional.
“According to our constitutional understanding, what is essential for fundamental rights must be regulated by parliament by law,” said Di Fabio to “Spiegel”.
