The person arrested was Naoto Sato (36), an unemployed person in Sukagawa City, Fukushima Prefecture.

Sato used a pseudonym, but he admitted that he was "no doubt" in the investigation because he was identified from the images of the security cameras installed at the post office in Fukushima prefecture. ..
