Hyogo Prefecture announced on the 3rd that it was confirmed that 98 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
It is the first time in 13 days since December 21st that the number has dropped below 100.
As a result, the number of infected people confirmed in Hyogo Prefecture is 10,334.
Hyogo Prefecture also announced that eight people who had been infected with the new coronavirus and were being treated were confirmed dead.
In Hyogo prefecture, 229 people have died from being infected with the new coronavirus.
