  The standard reduces the maximum storage volume from the original maximum of 400 kg to the maximum of 300 kg, reduces part of the storage volume corresponding to the building area, and supplements the number of boxes corresponding to the building area; strict building structure requirements, retail locations The door width has increased from 0.9 meters to 1.2 meters (the width of the door for carrying fireworks and firecrackers) and 1.5 meters (the width of the door for customers to enter and exit).

  At the same time, the standard also clarifies the requirements for video surveillance equipment, specifies the number, location, and resolution of video surveillance cameras in retail outlets, and requires video surveillance signals to be transmitted to relevant regulatory authorities to improve safety supervision through technological means; requirements; Retail outlets should be equipped with a real-name purchase information system, and all retail outlets’ purchase, sales, and purchaser information should be entered.

  In addition, the standard combines the actual layout of retail outlets of fireworks and firecrackers in Beijing, increases the requirements for retail outlets of counters, and imposes strict restrictions on the nature of other items in the store, the location of counters, the interval with other commodities, and safe evacuation.
