Two men were injured in the accident, and police are investigating whether they were left behind because they could not contact one truck driver.

Around 6 am on the 31st, an accident involving 9 trucks and passenger cars occurred in the down lane near the Chugoku Expressway Mine-nishi Interchange in Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and 7 of them burned.



The fire was extinguished after 7 am.



According to police, two male truck drivers were injured in the accident and taken to the hospital, both of whom are conscious.



On the other hand, the police are investigating whether there is a truck driver left behind on the scene because there is one truck driver who has not been contacted.



The site was a gentle left curve located about 300 meters in the direction of Hiroshima from the Mine-nishi interchange, and the road surface was frozen at the time of the accident.



Since it seems that the following vehicles collided with the vehicle that caused the accident one after another, the police are investigating the situation of the accident by listening to the driver of the truck or passenger car.
