Fireworks light up the Abu Dhabi skyline from the corniche to Al Wathba to celebrate 2021
The Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi has announced a series of events that Abu Dhabi will witness on New Year's Eve to celebrate the New Year reception, which include fireworks displays at the Corniche, Yas Island, Al Maryah Island and Al Wathba, on Thursday evening.
In compliance with the efforts led by the emirate in implementing preventive measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, citizens, residents and visitors will be able to celebrate the New Year reception and enjoy watching the fireworks display that will be held in the Corniche area, through a live broadcast on the Abu Dhabi and UAE channels, and the Burq Emirates platform on the Instagram application .
They will also be able to watch the live fireworks display on Yas Island directly from the Yas Marina.
It also organizes a number of other events and celebrations across the emirate, including the Sheikh Zayed Festival celebrations at Al Wathba and Al Maryah Island.
