1) Sign labor contract only after qualified trial

4) Probationary wages are lower than the minimum wage
Some employers regard the probation period as "cheap" labor, and the probation period is often lower than the minimum wage or even "zero wage".
Article 20 of the "Labor Contract Law" stipulates that the wages of workers during the probation period shall not be lower than the minimum wage for the same position in the unit or 80% of the wages agreed in the labor contract, and shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard in the location of the employer.
Therefore, the "probation period" for workers is definitely not a "cheap period", let alone a "vain period".
5) Do not pay social insurance
In order to reduce costs, some employers inform workers that they can apply for social insurance after the probation period expires.
