Hong Kong and Macao tour guides and team leaders are practicing in Hengqin. Taking the lead in the pilot program, 411 people have passed the assessment and certification and obtained special tour guide certificates.

  At the same time, Guangdong took the beautician program as a breakthrough, and for the first time realized the "one test with multiple certificates" in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. As of the end of October this year, 412 people had passed an examination and obtained four certificates in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the international.

  On the basis of the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Deepening Human Resources and Social Security Cooperation and Promoting the Construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area" in March 2019, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province recently signed a supplementary agreement to jointly support Guangzhou and Shenzhen’s human resources Deepen reforms in the field of resources and social security, and try first.

  The supplementary agreement clarifies that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will actively coordinate the support of relevant ministries and commissions to explore allowing professionals in the fields of tourism, health, education, justice, medical care, construction planning, accounting, patent agency and other fields with Hong Kong and Macao qualifications to practice in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and gradually Expand to facilitate practice in cities in the Greater Bay Area.

  The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province stated that the department will actively strengthen communication and docking with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and work with various industry authorities to make greater efforts to facilitate the practice of Hong Kong and Macao professionals in the Bay Area; at the same time, it will build a pioneering demonstration zone for socialism with Chinese characteristics in combination with Shenzhen. Comprehensive reform pilot implementation, greater support for Shenzhen to implement the pilot recognition of Hong Kong, Macao, and international professional qualifications, promote the flow of international high-end professionals and professional services to the region, and gradually expand to nine cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area after obtaining mature experience.
