Russian writer Daniil Kharms was born on December 30, 1905. He became famous as a co-founder of the "Association of Real Art" and the author of poems for children. Among his comrades in OBERIU were Alexander Vvedensky and Nikolai Zabolotsky. Among the popular works of Kharms - "Ivan Ivanovich Samovar", "Merry Siskins" (co-authored with Samuil Marshak), prose collection "Cases". Most of Kharms's literary legacy, addressed to an adult audience, was published only after the writer's death. Daniil Kharms lived only 36 years, was arrested twice and died in custody. In 1960, the writer was rehabilitated.
