[Explanation] On December 29th, the Press Office of Heihe City Government in Heilongjiang Province held a press conference to report on the situation of the new crown pneumonia in Heihe City: 1 new confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (severe) in the city, aged 73 years; newly added asymptomatic One case was infected, aged 18 years.

  On December 28, 2020, Heihe City Second People’s Hospital found 1 positive case in the outpatient "should be checked and thoroughly checked". Zhang Moumou, female, 73 years old, was confirmed to be diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia after consultation with the medical treatment expert group Case (heavy).

One case of asymptomatic infection was found among people living with him, Zhao Moumou, 18 years old, a senior high school student in a middle school in the urban area.

The above two people are ancestors and grandchildren and live together in Xuefu Jiayuan Community, Lamatai Community, Aihui District, Heihe City.

  [Explanation] In accordance with the emergency plan for the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Heihe City has comprehensively carried out epidemiological investigations, nucleic acid testing, isolation of close contacts, environmental elimination, and on-site control and other measures.

  According to the relevant documents of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, the Heihe Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to adjust the Xuefu Jiayuan Community of Lamatai Community in Aihui District to a medium-risk area from 12:00 on December 29.
