After entering the country, a birthday party with acquaintances was held during self-isolation, and the controversial Youtuber State Monument (real name State Briella) was handed over to the prosecution.

The Seoul Mapo Police Department announced on the 28th that it had sent the state money charged with violating the Infectious Disease Prevention Act to the Seoul West District Prosecutor's Office on the 23rd.

After returning from the UK in October, the government had a birthday party with acquaintances and family members at home during the self-isolation period, and then filmed it and posted it on YouTube.

In the video, friends handing a cake to the state bill outside the entrance, the state bill taking off the mask and blowing out candles, and the state bill applying the lipstick received as a birthday gift to the lips were captured. Friends stood at the front door wearing masks while Gook was delighted to receive the gift.

When criticism that such an appearance violated the rules of self-isolation, Seoul's Mapo-gu Public Health Center requested the police to investigate the violation of Mr. Kook's self-isolation.

The police investigating the case believed that Mr. Guk's actions violated the infectious disease prevention method. A police official said, "According to the Infectious Disease Prevention Act, self-isolation must be isolated from the outside, so inviting other people while at home is also a violation."
