Hong Kong’s Tuen Mun to Chek Lap Kok North Link will be opened to traffic at 8 a.m. on December 27. The Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Carrie Lam said at the opening ceremony on December 26 that the link will be "Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port". The "Che Beishang No Quota Program" provides an opportunity to facilitate Hong Kong residents to drive to Guangdong Province for short-term business, family visits or tourism.
