Aichi Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that 216 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
According to Aichi Prefecture, the number of confirmed infections per day in the prefecture exceeds 200 for the fifth consecutive day, the highest number ever announced on Sunday.
A total of 15,682 people have been confirmed to be infected in Aichi Prefecture.
