Talented people are a national wealth that must be preserved, and they are the mainstay of the renaissance and the engine of development in all developed and ambitious countries like our beloved one.

It is well known that the leadership is making great efforts to advance scientific research, adopting ambitious and gigantic projects, such as the space program, the launch of the "Hope Probe" that brought with it the aspirations and dreams of millions of Arab youths to Mars, and the operation of the first nuclear power stations, Barakah, and other achievements that consolidate The importance and value of the talented, and their role in carrying the banner of this country to far-away skies.

The government does not fail to pay attention to talented people and qualify them in the academic and practical way as much as it can. It is necessary to activate the role of the private sector among the major entrepreneurs and owners of giant commercial enterprises, in supporting practical research and adopting talented people.

And I mean the role of the private sector here to be similar to what entrepreneurs do in several countries, through the establishment of research centers, laboratories and incubators for the talented, that takes care of them and qualifies them to serve their countries, or even invest in them and achieve a common benefit for business owners on the one hand and talented ones on the other hand, and the state As a incubator for both parties.

Many of the major industrial entities in developed countries, especially those specializing in the technical aspect such as "Microsoft" and "Google", are following up the emerging competencies and selecting talented people to take care of them in specialized centers that explore their capabilities and invest their energies. Therefore, it is not surprising that thousands of Arab students who study in Europe and the United States return to their countries, as they find better opportunities and real incubators.

Recent studies estimate the percentage of Arab minds emigrating to the West at about 54%, most of whom specialize in engineering and applied sciences and other important disciplines, and we are proud that the UAE has become a major destination for Arab youth, so the private sector must play a role in consolidating this position.

Given our practical experiences through the Emirates Association for Gifted People, talents must be monitored early, which is the role that the association tried to contribute to, but this matter needs the solidarity of everyone in the public and private sectors.

Nurturing the gifted requires designing and developing an integrated program to detect creative students, and implementing a strategy to care for them and meet their needs, according to an advanced methodology that takes into account national standards, and begins with the qualification of human cadres.

We have many indicators indicating the capabilities of our country and its ability to achieve rapid and broad leaps for a promising future, for example our inspiring experience in combating the Corona pandemic, and there remains one password to preserve and continue these gains, which is the "talented".
