The Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa resolves the ruling on the Corona vaccine that uses pork derivatives

The Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa said, on Saturday, that there is no legal objection to taking the Corona virus vaccine that uses pig derivatives if it is transformed from its nature to another substance.

The house added, in a fatwa published on its website, that this is permissible "as long as this substance used in it (the vaccine) has transformed its nature and pig components into another substance and transformed into another new substance."

The fatwa clarified that "this material used in the vaccine is converted into another substance during the manufacturing process at that time it is not called a pig, nor is it certified that it is in its form and components that part of the pig has been transformed into, and there is no objection to using it in the vaccine to treat Corona virus and other epidemics and diseases." .

The order also applies, "if this substance is still from a medical point of view, it is called a component of pork, but there is no substitute for pure treatment in terms of speed or efficiency, then it is permissible to manufacture and use it as well."

While the Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa indicated that "it is legally determined that pork is forbidden to eat and eat ... This requires the prohibition of treatment with it as well, because the jurists are agreed in the sentence that it is forbidden to treat with impure."

Dar Al Iftaa said, "It is permissible to treat and use the vaccine used to combat the Corona virus if the material used (from the pig) in its manufacture is transformed into another substance."
