The mother and father of a family in Wismar had to go to the hospital on Christmas Eve after their daughter had added hashish to the Christmas cookies.

The emergency services had been called to the family's house twice because first the father and later the mother complained of dizziness, nausea, circulatory problems and a racing heart, the police said.

During the second mission it turned out that the two's 24-year-old daughter had baked hashish into the Christmas cookies - the police later wrote in their message about “high league evening”.

The parents came to the hospital for further treatment.

A preliminary investigation was initiated against the daughter on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm and violation of the Narcotics Act.

The cookies were confiscated by the police.
