Covid-19 Check all the restrictions for this Christmas
The
coronavirus
does not stop at
Christmas
.
The incidence continues to increase, this Wednesday up to 253 infections per 100,000 inhabitants, and the number of infections as well.
The latest Health data, with 12,386 more infections in the last 24 hours, are cause for concern, since they represent the highest figure recorded since last November 20.
And all this without the Christmas holidays as such having yet started.
That is why the department headed by
Salvador Illa
has proposed a modulation of
the Christmas plan
by which the communities are allowed to tighten the
restrictions
at
Christmas
.

Health opens the door for communities to tighten more restrictions on Christmas due to the coronavirus
The Ministry of Health has opened the door to communities to tighten restrictions at Christmas, which for now allow movements between territories to visit relatives and friends, as well as meetings of up to 10 people on the most indicated dates due to the advance of the
coronavirus
.
The department headed by Salvador Illa has proposed a modulation of the Christmas plan, which was agreed by the
Interterritorial Council of the National Health
System (CISNS) on December 2, with the aim that they can apply
more restrictive measures and criteria
than those that are established in that pact of maximums.
And it is that the measures proposed then were designed in accordance with the situation at that time, when weeks of a downward trend in infections were chained, but in recent days, as justified by Health in the draft to which Efe has had access,
there has been a general slowdown in the decline in incidence
and it has even risen in some territories.
As they have been warning since then, this pact of maximums could undergo changes depending on the evolution of the
coronavirus
pandemic
;
just one day after its approval, the director of the Center for the Coordination of Health Alerts and Emergencies,
Fernando Simón
, warned that it could be modified in a "bad sense" or "for the better", depending on the impact of the Constitution bridge.

Salvador Illa: "No one rules out tightening the measures if the evolution of the coronavirus continues unfavorable"
The Minister of Health, Salvador Illa, has warned that "no one rules out tightening measures" if the evolution of the
coronavirus
pandemic
, which has once again experienced a new increase to 253 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, "continues to be unfavorable."
It has done so in the press conference after the final meeting of a new meeting of
the Interterritorial Council of the National Health
System (CISNS), in which the councilors have expressed their concern that this increase coincides with the beginning of the Christmas holidays.
"It worries a lot," Illa stressed.
During the meeting, the regional leaders explained the measures that they have already put in place or plan to put in place to stop the advance of the
coronavirus
, a job that the minister said he was "satisfied" with, because it shows that "the communities react."
But "the situation is not going well";
and although "the hope" of the vaccine is on the horizon, "it will take a few months to materialize", hence he has asked "to be very careful" and to strictly comply with the restrictions.
