[Explanation] The boy in a wheelchair in front of me is called Li Yulin, a sixth-grade student of the ninth elementary school in Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province.
When he was young, he suffered from a rare neurological disease-secondary torsion spasm, which caused severe disability. Since then, he has started a long treatment process.

It should be said that during that period of time for our parents, it is a very painful memory for the children. Acupuncture massage, the whole body is pierced with silver needles, every time he pricks, he cries once and I cry once, and slowly he is sensible Because we always tell him that only if you insist on treatment can you have hope, stand up, and go to school.
[Commentary] According to Li Yulin's mother, as her son grew up, he saw that other peers in the community were going to school with their schoolbags when they were old, and the son asked her if he could go to school.

I asked him at the time, I said, can you persist in sitting in the classroom one morning and one afternoon? Regarding his spine can’t bear that long, he said I can, so I contacted the school and the principal was also very supportive. He felt that the child's desire for school must be satisfied, so he specially arranged him in the classroom on the first floor.
[Explanation] For the past six years, Li Yulin has been unimpeded, pushed by his family to school every day, lying in a wheelchair to class.
At home after school, he let his mother hold his hand and practice stroke by stroke, sweating all over his body, and finally learned to hold a pen.
No matter how late in the evening, he has to complete every homework assigned by the teacher.

This homework may be completed in ten minutes for other children. For him, our whole family basically has to be until midnight or even later, because he has to make sure that he has to complete every task he explained. .
[Commentary] His hard work, studious, and tenacity to admit defeat have also paid off for his efforts.
He was always among the best in his class and was always elected as the "Five Good Boys", and his composition won the second prize in the city's composition competition.
[Explanation] In the eyes of the head teacher, Li Yulin not only listens to the class seriously in school, but also takes online classes after returning home. He has never stopped studying. This kind of spirit is also affecting the students in the class.
