  Recently, the reporter learned during an interview at Shanghai International Studies University that Zhang Lijun, the head of the Intangible Heritage Translation and Communication Center, was a Spanish teacher at the school. During his study in Mexico, he was exposed to the local Mayan and Aztec culture. Even when someone was speaking an ancient language like Maya, they were moved by the vitality of ancient civilization.

After returning to China, he had the idea of ​​digging deeper into Chinese intangible cultural heritage and artistic works.

  In other words, many people still speak the language of that ancient civilization, so foreigners see us in China too. They may think that something is ancient and has disappeared, but in fact it (intangible cultural heritage) lives in ours. folk.

  [Explanation] During the summer vacation of 2020, after applying and screening, 8 students from the Department of Western Languages, School of International Finance and Trade, and School of Journalism and Communication of Shanghai International Studies University became members of the first phase of the project.

Zhang Lijun said that the multilingual and cross-professional advantages should be used as much as possible in the selection of team members. The language-learning students translate the documentary, which opens a window for the overseas dissemination of intangible cultural heritage; the students of the International Finance and Trade College can use what they have learned. Do professional market analysis for intangible cultural heritage; students from the School of Journalism and Communication can provide technical support to shoot and produce documentaries related to intangible cultural heritage.

  Before I started the project of intangible cultural heritage, I still knew little about intangible cultural heritage.

As I don’t know much about it, I think our intangible cultural heritage really needs our modern means of communication, and it needs the help of young people to bring it to the eyes of young people to open its branches and leaves. I also hope to use some of my own majors, and then have academic advantages to help it spread.

  [Explanation] In the first phase of the intangible cultural heritage project, the team selected five intangible cultural heritage items: Gu embroidery, Shanghai style paper-cutting, Mianren Zhao, Xuxing grass weaving, and Jiading bamboo carvings. When the team visited and investigated each project, every visit by a non-genetic inheritor made them very rewarding.

These two words are pronounced in Songjiang dialect, but they are also pronounced in Shanghai dialect. Then we went to check other documents. The book mentioned the "Jiandao", the "Jian" of the room, and the "Jiandao". In fact, this is very interesting. We have to verify its origin, although it is very small.
