Sumaya al-Khashab defeats her divorced Ahmed Saad: The court obliges the singer to pay a large sum

After months of postponement due to the Corona crisis, the Sidi Gaber family court in Alexandria settled its judgment in the lawsuit filed by the artist Sumaya al-Khashab, against her divorced artist Ahmed Saad for not getting pleasure and preparation during her marriage to the artist.

The court ordered Saad to pay 30,000 pounds for three months and 10,000 pounds for each month within 24 months.

So the total is 270 thousand pounds.

Sumaya al-Khashab had filed a lawsuit against her husband, Ahmed Saad, at the Family Court in Alexandria, claiming alimony and its financial derivatives during the period of their marriage.

The artist submitted papers and medical reports proving that she was physically and psychologically damaged and that her ex-husband had beaten, violated her, and performed a surgical operation as a result of beating her violently, which is the case that was famous for the spleen incident, as her ex-husband hit her to the point where she had to remove part of the spleen after she was severely damaged.

Sumaya al-Khashab and Ahmed Saad’s lawyer refused to reconcile in the case, and called on the court to complete the legal procedures regarding the case, and each submitted documents supporting their legal position.

Ahmed Saad was absent from all the sessions, while only his lawyer attended, and Somaya attended one of the sessions, to hear her statements.

In her first comment on the court ruling, Sumaya al-Khashab, her followers, shared a new video clip that she posted on her official Instagram page, and Sumaya al-Khashab appeared in a picture while she was doing exercise in a gymnasium, and commented on the picture: "Free spirit."

The last artistic work that Sumaya participated in during the last period was the play "Oh You Suck O disappointed", with artist Ahmed Adam, within the activities of the Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

She also presented a song called "Arabiya I" and filmed it in a video clip in Syria.
