In France, the Minister of Agriculture, Julien Denormandie, presented on December 21 the main lines of the government's plan for pets.

Crisp puppies, seen in pet stores, bought on a "stroke of heart" and which, once become too bulky or aggressive, find themselves abandoned in nature.

Members of the majority will table a bill at the end of January to create an "awareness certificate" for people adopting an animal.
