On December 21, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of China's first mRNA new crown vaccine production workshop was held in the Vaccine Industrial Park in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province.
The mRNA new crown vaccine industrialization construction project has an investment of 280 million yuan, and the first-phase production capacity is 120 million doses per year. It is expected to be completed and put into operation within 8 months after the start of construction.
