The Board of Directors of the Dubai Women Establishment reviewed the features of the Foundation’s work plan for the first quarter of 2021, which includes a set of projects, initiatives and programs aimed at refining and preparing Emirati women and making use of their energies, in order to contribute to strengthening their role as an active partner and an important cadre in the development process and achieving national achievements at all levels .

Legislation Lab

The meeting reviewed the work plan of the Women’s Legislation Lab, which was launched by the Foundation in cooperation with the Supreme Legislation Committee, with the aim of strengthening efforts to modernize and develop the legislative structure, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership to empower society through women, and to strengthen the elements that enable them to play their role in various professional fields, which It aims to monitor aspects of excellence in legislation at the level of the Emirate of Dubai, and to propose legislation that serves the file of women, and confirms Dubai's position as a model for a woman-friendly city in terms of supporting legislation.

"Dialogues of Women"

The Board of Directors praised the positive reactions to the "Dubai Virtual Dialogues for Women", organized by the Dubai Women Foundation, with the aim of enhancing awareness of the role of Emirati women in various sectors of the country, representing a platform that includes many inspiring personalities at the local and international levels, as it hosted the second session, which was held.
