"Chinese Inventory 2020" sponsored by China National Language Resources Monitoring and Research Center, Commercial Press, etc., was announced in Beijing on December 21.
"Min" and "Poverty Alleviation" were selected as Chinese domestic characters and words in 2020, and "Pneumonia" and "New Crown Epidemic" were selected as international words and words of the year.
The "Chinese Inventory" event has been held for fifteen years. It aims to "describe China and the world in one word and one word", encourage all people to use language to record their lives, and describe the social changes and the world under the Chinese perspective.
