At about 9 o'clock that night, when the three returned home, they found that they did not bring their keys.
At this time, Chen Moumou deliberately refused to open the door due to anger at home, and did not answer the phone call. The family thought that Chen Moumou was not at home, so they called the unlocker to unlock.
When the door was opened, Chen XX was still drinking at home.
Chen Moumou found that the door lock had been removed, and was furious, stood up and chased the worker who opened the lock.
The unlocking worker was scared off when he saw the situation and left the toolbox for unlocking at the scene.
Chen threw the toolbox down from the 21st floor where he lived and smashed the tempered glass on the door of the residential building. Fortunately, no casualties were caused.

The police on-site investigation found that two pieces of tempered glass were damaged above the door of the unit on the first floor of the building, and there were a large amount of glass slag on the ground. The tool box fell on the platform on the second floor. It was determined that the tool box was damaged.
After investigation, the toolbox is made of metal with tools inside and weighs about 10 kg.
According to the unlocker, after he was chased out by a man in the house, he heard a "bang" shortly afterwards, and then found some scattered tools and a large amount of glass slag near the unit door on the first floor, although the toolbox was not hit. After returning to the case, Chen XX truthfully confessed the facts of his crime, actively compensated the related losses caused by his actions, and said that he has deeply realized the mistakes of his actions.
Chen's wife was very frightened, thinking that her husband's behavior was very harmful. If someone downstairs was hit, the consequences would be disastrous.
