A nutritionist advised the inclusion of broccoli in the diet, which is rich in beneficial substances, improves intestinal functioning, and is characterized by low calories, according to what was reported in Russian media.

Broccoli is high in vitamin 9 (folic acid), vitamin and beta-carotene.

Broccoli is also an important source of dietary fiber that helps fight constipation, facilitate intestinal work and "protect against cancer."

The expert points out that when broccoli is used properly in nutrition (it is preferable to eat it half cooked), it helps to reduce weight, prolong youth and promote health in general.
