This exhibition takes the three units of "Cangshan Bear Snow", "Ice Snow and Cold Birds" and "Three Friends of the Years and Colds" as the context, showing the natural winter beauty of snowy landscapes, mountains and rivers, dead wood and cold birds, and the pine, bamboo, and plum chanting with frost and snow. The literati feelings of the ambition of a gentleman.

Broken jade flies down, Qiong branches slanting horizontally. Since ancient times, snow has attracted the poetic heart and chants of countless literati.

The paintings and calligraphy works exhibited in the "Cangshan Mountains and Snow" unit cover Ming and Qing Dynasties and modern and modern artists, such as Ming Dynasty Wen Zhengming's "Painting Color Snow Scenery Landscape", Lan Ying's "Painting Color Broken Bridge Remnant Snow", Qing Dynasty Zhang Zongcang's "Snow Fishing in the Cold River with Colors" and so on, or the scenery is magnificent, or the weather is quiet, or solemn and cold.

Among them, Zhang Pengchong in the Qing Dynasty, especially the 50-year-old "Ink Brush and Ancient Woods and Cold Mountains", is a masterpiece. The painter uses simple and unconventional brushwork to depict the bleak scene of curving trees, a water traversing, and bald mountains.
