In Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, a house was burned down and four suspected children were found dead, one of whom was identified as a 10-year-old boy living in the house.

An oil stove was found in the burnt area on the first floor, and police are investigating it as a possible source of fire.

On the night of the 14th of this month, a fire broke out in the house of Mr. Unification Murayama (50) in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, and four people who seemed to be children were found in the burnt remains.

According to the police, Mr. and Mrs. Murayama were absent at the time of the fire. The woman and her 1-year-old son escaped and were safe.

As a result of the police confirming the identity, one of the dead was confirmed to be Kotaro Daigo due to physical characteristics.

According to the police and fire department, an oil stove was found in the burnt remains of the Japanese-style room on the first floor, and the burning of this room was severe, so the police are investigating the detailed situation, considering that it may have been the source of the fire.

A woman next door "I still can't believe I died"

Kotaro Murayama, who died, attended Ohinata Elementary School in the neighboring town of Sakuho.

According to my neighbors, I moved to Saku City about two years ago. According to a woman in her 70s who lives next door, Kotaro Daigo was a kid who loved reading, insects, and games, and greeted him cheerfully.

The woman said, "When I came to the moving greeting, I said,'Call me an apple.' I couldn't recover because I was a child who would call my name and wave my hand when I passed each other. It was said that the apple picking at the elementary school was canceled due to the influence, so I promised to give the amount I bought, but the fire broke out that night when the apple arrived and I could not hand it over. I still can't believe I died. "
