Arthur, producer of the new TF1 show "District Z", plans to take legal action.
Many Internet users have pointed out, sometimes violently, the similarities between his program and "Koh Lanta" and "Fort Boyard".
But some of the Twitter accounts used to attack Arthur and his show raise questions.
Arthur is not going to let it go.
The TV host plans to take legal action, after a controversy has been mounting since the launch on December 11 on TF1 of the program
District Z
, of which he is the producer.
The show has been fiercely criticized on social networks, and Arthur considers himself the victim of an organized smear campaign.

The new TF1 show has indeed created the debate, especially on Twitter.
Viewers pointed out, sometimes violently, the similarities between
District Z
and other adventure shows like
Fort Boyard
and
Koh Lanta
, both produced by ALP Production.
Fake Twitter accounts?
In response to these attacks, Arthur commissioned a study from a crisis communications agency, which made an astonishing find, according to
Le Parisien
.
Nearly 400 fake Twitter accounts, some without subscribers or without other tweets, have started to post negative messages against the show, but also to "like" other criticisms on
District Z
, in order to make them more viral and therefore more visible.
However, these 400 accounts have one thing in common: they regularly support the
Koh-Lanta
,
La Carte aux trésors
or
Fort Boyard programs
... all produced by ALP.
Could this be an attack on schoolyards between producers, in the digital age?
The production company of the competing shows declined to comment.
