All the same, an official is not quite an ordinary person, a priori a dodger, sometimes a master of words and gestures, can offend in such a way that everything is clear and understandable to everyone, and you will not undermine.

Therefore, the legislator had to "turn on the philologist" and expand the concept of "insult" to the necessary.

Banal humiliation of honor and dignity, expressed in an indecent form, is yesterday.

Now they will be punished for the form "contrary to generally accepted norms of morality and ethics."

And who will decide what is moral and what is not will be outraged by another hysterical of liberal, as a rule, convictions (do not feed these with bread, let them be indignant).

Indeed, behind the purely technical term "disqualification" is literally a sacred category for an official - the deprivation of his own, albeit small, but power.

Yes, not for long, for a year or two, but there will be his expulsion from the top of Olympus, to which, in fact, you may not return.

They will take another, someone who better understands their social role.

And the very act of overthrow, I am sure, is terrible for such an official (who has something to overthrow for).

To suddenly stop being at the top, to lose belonging to the elite, to slide down to where the people are ... Brrrrr ...

Moreover, there is no reason to hope that the norm will remain inoperative.

The innovation is so significant that it was told about it in detail, in prime time, to all interested parties, to the whole country in the most understandable format for the people - on Channel One TV.
