  Ma Yimin, 55, was born into a family of police officers. He has participated in public security work for more than 20 years and is committed to providing scientific and technological protection for public security work.

He set up a video inspection work group to help various police types quickly detect cases; he set up a "police and civilian rescue group" to help people from different places return to their hometown and reunite.

  In March 2018, the Chuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau approved the establishment of the "Ma Yimin Video Inspection Studio" for the first time in the name of an individual policeman, and granted him the authority to open the "Portrait Recognition System" of the big data platform of the Anhui Provincial Public Security Department.

Since the beginning of this year, Ma Yimin has not only won the personal second-class merit, but has also been awarded the title of "Most Beautiful Retired Serviceman" by Chuzhou City.

  With a "Skynet" and a pair of "Fire Eyes", Ma Yimin used his spare time to explore a complete set of "detailed features, fragmented combinations" and other unique skills, with an accuracy rate of 95%.

  Since the beginning of this year, Ma Yimin has expanded to 5 work groups, covering more than 900 relief stations in all provinces except Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Inspired by him, more than 20 science and technology police officers in Beijing, Shanghai, Xinjiang and other places joined him to learn skills, and took the initiative to participate in voluntary services for the people.
