On December 15, "The Originator of Peking Opera-Cheng Changgeng", jointly organized by the Anhui Celebrity Hall and Qianshan City Museum in Anhui Province, opened to the public in Hefei.

  The exhibition uses text, pictures, cultural relics and video to display the four parts of "Qianshan Jiaozi", "Huiban Leader", "Peking Opera Originator" and "Lighting the Future". Outstanding contribution to development.

  Cheng Changgeng, a native of Chengjiajing, Wanghe Town, Qianshan Mountain, Anhui, is a master of drama performance in the Qing Dynasty.

He is a veteran of Gong, Wenwu, and has a profound abdomen, capable of more than 300 plays.

Served as the leader of the Sanqing class, the head of the Jingzhong Temple, the director of the "Four Hui Classes", and the leader of the "Sandingjia" of old students.

Under the leadership of Cheng Changgeng's innovation and reform, the Hui tone blended from "Kun and Yi" to "Hui and Han", which evolved and melted and nurtured the quintessence of Peking Opera art.

Cheng Changgeng was thus known as the "leader of Huiban" and "originator of Peking Opera."
