  Confirmed case 2: A male, 60 years old, from Hong Kong, China.

On November 28th, I took Hong Kong Airlines flight HX336 from Hong Kong and arrived at Beijing Capital Airport. The customs took a health screening and collected throat swabs for nucleic acid testing. The result was negative and was sent to a centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management.

On December 11, a nucleic acid test was performed before the expiration of the patient's isolation medical observation period. The result was positive. On December 12, the patient was transferred to Ditan Hospital by a 120 negative pressure ambulance.

Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and imaging examinations, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia, and the clinical classification was ordinary.

The case has been under intensive isolation and observation since arriving in Beijing. According to relevant regulations, there are no close contacts.

  Asymptomatic infection: A male, 31 years old, from Henan, took Air China flight CA946 from Pakistan and arrived at Beijing Capital Airport on December 11. After the customs conducted health screening and sampling, he was sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management. The customs on the same day It was reported that the throat swab nucleic acid test was positive and was transferred to Ditan Hospital by a 120 negative pressure ambulance on December 12.

Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, the patient was diagnosed as asymptomatic infection.

The management measures for close contacts have been implemented as required.
