1. Any unit that purchases imported cold chain food from outside the territory of Manzhouli City (including business sales, catering consumption, production, processing, storage and transportation enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households, the same below), must ask the supplier for evidence and invoices and inspect the purchase It is recorded that all imported cold chain foods without "disinfection certificate", "quarantine certificate", "new crown virus nucleic acid test certificate" and smuggled or unknown sources are not allowed to be purchased, sold, or used.
Strictly implement the record management system for imported cold chain food, and business entities must report to the local market supervision department within 24 hours before the purchased food arrives in the city.
The filing can be made by telephone, fax, email, etc. The content includes: origin, product name, quantity, product batch number, customs declaration, quarantine certificate, disinfection certificate, new coronavirus nucleic acid test report, etc.
2. Units that purchase imported cold chain food from outside the territory of Manzhouli, before the food is put into storage (cabinet), must submit the "Report on the Purchase Status of Imported Cold Chain Food by Food Production and Operation Enterprises in Manzhouli" to the local market supervision department, and accept the site Supervise and guide, check bills and purchase records, check "disinfection certificate", "quarantine certificate" and "new crown virus nucleic acid test certificate". Only those with complete tickets and matching exhibits can be put into storage (cabinet) or sold.

3. All units engaged in the transportation, storage, processing and sub-packaging of imported cold-chain food, business sales, and catering consumption must establish import and export accounts and check the "disinfection certificate", "quarantine qualification certificate" and "new crown virus nucleic acid test qualification certificate" , Clean and disinfect the storage and transshipment areas, transportation tools, outer packaging of goods, and other related supplies and utensils in accordance with regulations, and strengthen epidemic risk investigation and environmental sanitation.
The sales link must be sold at special counters, and must not be mixed and sold with other foods; real-name registration of consumption or scan code payment and sales shall be implemented to ensure that the entire process can be traced.
4. All units engaged in the transportation, storage, processing and packaging of imported cold chain food, business sales, and catering consumption must establish a real-name management account for employees, implement protective measures such as wearing masks, gloves, and work clothes, and actively cooperate with relevant departments to carry out Environmental, food, and personnel nucleic acid testing to ensure the health and safety of employees and eliminate potential risks of epidemics.
5. As far as possible, the general public should not buy cold chain foods online, cold chain foods from unknown sources, or imported cold chain foods that cannot provide "disinfection certificate", "quarantine certificate" and "new crown virus nucleic acid test certificate".
