is still by far the state with the most new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days.
On Sunday morning, the current overview of the RKI for the Free State showed an incidence value of 348.7, the day before it was 342.1 (as of December 13, 12 midnight).
Three regions in the Free State even exceed an incidence of 500: the
districts of Bautzen

Görlitz
(510.4) and the
Erzgebirgskreis
(505.8).
The most severely affected in Germany is the
Regen district
in Bavaria, which reported 604.6 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days on Sunday.
