According to the Dongning City epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to prevent the export of the epidemic, Strictly control the entry and exit of people. Starting from 0:00 on December 13, 2020, Dongning City will implement strict traffic control and personnel and vehicles are not allowed to leave the local area. The details are as follows:
1. Highway passenger transportation, buses, and taxis are temporarily suspended, and self-use vehicles (including electric vehicles and tricycles) are prohibited from driving on the road.
2. Vehicles for epidemic prevention and control, medical rescue, military duty, emergency rescue, and administrative law enforcement can pass with work permits, unit certificates and unified issued passes.
3. Supermarkets, markets, postal services, logistics, water supply, power supply, gas supply, sanitation and other urban life support vehicles can pass with the nucleic acid test report (negative) and the unit certificate within 5 days.
4. For pregnant women, serious illnesses, etc. who need to travel urgently, temporary passage is allowed, and it is reported afterwards.
