Nabil Farouk was absent, on the evening of the day before yesterday, Wednesday, and his funeral took place on Thursday, from a mosque in Al-Rehab City in Cairo.

The late was born in February 1956, graduated from medical school, and was famous for police literature and science fiction.

Farouk is among the most prominent creators who are famous for police literature, espionage stories and science fiction. He is the creator of the "Impossible Man" series, and its hero is the intelligence man, Adham Sabry.

He has published a large collection of stories in a series of Egyptian novels for the pocket, and he presented several story series, the most famous of which are The Future File, The Impossible Man, and Cocktail 2000. His stories have met with great success in the Arab world.

His works enjoyed great readability, especially among young people and youth, and some considered him among those who loved these generations for reading, just like the late Dr. Ahmed Khaled Tawfiq.
