The blown flight volume shall not be used for other routes.

  Previously, the Civil Aviation Administration has issued a "fuse breaking order" for Russian Airlines flight SU208 (Moscow to Shanghai) twice: From October 19, 2020, the operation of this route will be suspended for one week; from October 26, 2020, the suspension will be suspended.
