Woman who falsified passport information and bought air tickets was detained for violating consumption restriction order

At 4 pm on December 8, Dazhouhe Airport security inspectors found that the passport information of a female passenger did not match that of the passenger, and the woman surnamed Xu was handed over to the Dazhou Public Security Bureau Airport Branch for processing.

After investigation, Xu was included in the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement by the People's Court of Tongchuan District of Dazhou City in 2019 because he has been in default on bank loans, restricting high consumption.

But for convenience, Xu contacted the "scalper" to modify the passport information, and bought a ticket from Dazhou to Shenzhen, trying to hide from the sky, but was seized by security officers on the spot.

"I don't have a job. Where can I get the money to repay the loan..." These arrogant remarks came from Xu.

In 2016, Xu took a loan of 3.85 million yuan from a bank in Dazhou, which was used as working capital for personal contracted projects. The loan period was one year. However, when the repayment period came the following year, Xu defaulted on repayment on the grounds of lack of money. Constituting a breach of contract, the bank sued the court.

In July 2018, the bank filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Tongchuan District, Dazhou City, demanding Xu and his companion Li Mohui to pay off the loan and interest.

In September of the same year, the People's Court of Tongchuan District opened a court session to hear the case and ruled that Xu must pay off 3.85 million yuan of the loan and the penalty interest before March 2019.

Until June of the same year, Xu still failed to pay off the bank debt, so the People’s Court of Tongchuan District issued a consumption restriction order to him in accordance with the law, restricting him from taking airplanes, ships, staying in star-rated hotels, traveling and vacationing and other high-consumption behaviors. .

"I saw a small advertisement posted by'Scalper' on the Internet, saying that it can help the untrustworthy person to apply for air tickets, so I want to try it." Xu said that on December 2 this year, she contacted "Scalper" on WeChat and said Modify the passport information when buying the ticket, deliberately mistakenly input the number "0" in the passport into the English letter "O", and was able to buy a ticket from Shenzhen to Dazhou.

After tasting the sweetness, Xu repeated his old tricks and bought a ticket from Dazhou to Shenzhen on December 8. He didn't expect to show his stuff during the security check.

After the Dazhou Public Security Bureau Airport Branch finished the investigation, Xu was transferred to the People’s Court of Tongchuan District. Xu was eventually detained for 15 days for violating the consumption restriction order.
