China News Service, Hong Kong, December 9th (Reporter Wang Jiacheng) Zhou Ting, a former member of the "Hong Kong Independence" organization "Hong Kong All Will", was convicted of inciting and participating in an unauthorized assembly of police headquarters in Wan Chai on June 21 last year. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison last Wednesday (2nd).
After she was refused bail in the Magistrates' Court, she applied to the High Court of Hong Kong.
On the 9th, the High Court processed the above application. After hearing the submissions from both parties, Judge Zhang Huiling decided that the applicant did not show a high or reasonable chance of success in appealing, and decided to reject her bail application.
