According to the official Weibo news of the Propaganda Department of the Chengdu Chenghua District Party Committee, as of 11 a.m. on the 8th, 791 people and 10 environmental samples have been tested for the new coronavirus in Chengdu’s Chenghua District. The test results are all Negative. Among them, 66 close contacts have been traced, and centralized quarantine observation and nucleic acid testing have been implemented.
On December 8, Chenghua District tested positive for nucleic acid in the isolation test of Lu, a close contact with Zhao (the granddaughter of Lu, the first confirmed case in Pidu District).
Chenghua District immediately launched an emergency response plan and quickly carried out relevant disposal work. It has organized 16 professional teams for investigation, detection and elimination, and comprehensively carried out epidemiological investigations, nucleic acid testing, environmental elimination and on-site control and other measures.
As of 11 a.m. on the 8th, 791 people have completed the nucleic acid test of the new coronavirus, 10 environmental samples, and the test results are all negative. Among them, 66 close contacts have been traced, and centralized isolation observation and nucleic acid testing have been implemented, and the patients are living. Enclosure management, personnel, environmental nucleic acid testing, and terminal disinfection have been implemented in places and main venues.
The epidemiological investigation and traceability of related personnel has been carried out in parallel with the Pidu District.
