  The whole film of "China" will use a total of 36 collectives in three seasons. Under a panoramic view, with ideology and national system as the main line, it will explore the people and stories that have the most influence on China today since the Spring and Autumn Period. The shooting method reproduces the personal choices and shining moments of Chinese historical stars, and reflects the evolution of history with flesh and blood historical pictures.

  The first season of the documentary "China" broadcast this time has 12 episodes. The story goes from the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period when a hundred schools of thought contended in the pre-Qin period to the open, enterprising and inclusive Tang Dynasty.

The first episode focused on Confucius, the soul of Chinese civilization and the founder of Confucianism.
