In the afternoon of the same day, many parents in Chengdu also successively received health information collection notices from Chengdu No. 7 Middle School, asking parents to fill in whether their parents and children have been to the People’s Hospital of Pidu District from 8:00 on December 6 to 8:00 on December 7 , And whether you have been to Group 11 of Taiping Village, Pitong Street from November 23 to December 7.

The Chengdu Bureau of Education puts forward several suggestions for epidemic prevention to teachers and students:

Wearing a mask is the top priority! Always carry a mask with you and wear it at the right time.

Consciously wear a mask when taking public transportation, entering densely populated or poorly ventilated places, going to a hospital for treatment, and experiencing respiratory symptoms.

Different groups of people should choose the appropriate type of mask based on the actual situation and wear it correctly. Hand hygiene should be done before and after taking off the mask.

Keep in mind the wearing steps. The first step: the nose clip is facing up and the dark side facing out; the second step: pull up and down to open the folds, and cover the mouth, nose, and chin; the third step: put the tips of your fingers along the metal strip of the bridge of the nose. From the middle to the two sides, slowly press inward until it is close to the bridge of the nose; Step 4: Adjust properly to make the mask fully fit the face; Step 5: Slightly bend and close the five fingers of both hands and buckle them on the left and right sides of the mask respectively , Inhale deeply. If the mask is tightly attached to the face, the adhesion is good. Otherwise, it needs to be adjusted again.

It takes time to wash your hands frequently! The new coronavirus has a lipid envelope, which is difficult to be destroyed by water. When washing your hands, you need to use soap to remove the virus after a certain period of time.

The hand washing procedure should be standardized. The first step: wet hands under running water; the second step: take an appropriate amount of hand sanitizer or soap, and apply evenly to the entire palm, back of the hand, fingers and finger joints; third step: press "inside-outside" -Clamp-bow-large-stand-wrist" sequence carefully rub for at least 20 seconds; Step 4: Rinse hands thoroughly under running water; Step 5: Hold clean water to rinse off the faucet before turning off.

When it is inconvenient to wash your hands, you can use hand-washing disinfectants to maintain hand hygiene, but hand washing is still the main preventive measure.

Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze! Try to avoid others when coughing or sneezing, and cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or bent elbow.

The tissue or elbow should be as close to the face as possible to prevent droplets from splashing.

After coughing or sneezing, discard the used tissue immediately and wash your hands.

Be careful not to touch your eyes, nose and mouth with dirty hands.

Don’t forget to keep your distance when socializing! Go to crowded or relatively closed places, consciously keep a social distance of more than one meter with others in public places, especially avoid close contact with people with respiratory symptoms.

Pay attention to food hygiene! Go to regular supermarkets or markets to buy cold chain food, try to avoid direct contact with your hands, it is recommended to use disposable gloves and wear a mask; when handling and storing food, always follow the principle of separating raw and cooked food; contact with fresh food Wash your hands promptly after preparing the ingredients. Do not touch your eyes, mouth, nose and nose without washing your hands; meat, eggs, and seafood must be cooked thoroughly.
